Et besøk hos Fagn vil gjøre deg til en gourmand. De ansatte ved restauranten legger sin ære i å leke med tradisjonelle retter. Fagn skaper en mat- og smaksopplevelse du vil huske i lang tid framover. I første etasje er det en inspirerende meny, som gir en smakfull, kreativ, og noe nostalgisk opplevelse. Fagn tilbyr en mindre 10 retters tasting meny, eller en større 20 retters tasting meny.
I andre etasje finner du Fagn Bistro, som serverer en mer avslappet meny til lunsj og middag, med en cocktail bar.

When did you discover that Trondheim had become an interesting culinary destination?
“Actually not until last fall. We have been fully booked the entire year, but in the fall we had a lot of international bookings. It’s exciting to have guests coming all the way from Australia, China and the United States, all of whom have noticed what we’re doing. That was when we realised that Trondheim has become a culinary destination.” He also mentions Britannia Hotel as a huge boost for the city.
“We have to thank the Reitan family for the investment. It was basically a gift to the city.”
What are the best things about Trondheim?
“The people. The city is just big enough while remaining intimate. You can also find a large production of local food right here. People in Trondheim are proud, and when we got the Michelin star, we were cheered on as if we were the Rosenborg football team,” says Jonas Nåvik…
