Fish and shellfish from Trøndelag are among the local produce considered to be of world-class.
On this culinary tour, you will get to taste and experience seafood prepared in various ways based on Norwegian and international traditions by visiting three of the city’s best seafood restaurants. At the end of the tour, you will also have the chance to see if the fish in the river Nidelva are biting (1 June - 31 August during fish season)
The tour starts outside the Trondheim Tourist Information Office in Nordre gate 11. You will be met by a city host who will take you on a fantastic seafood experience. The first stop is the city’s fish market – Ravnkloa. The tour continues to SushiBar Ravnkloa, which was the city’s first sushi restaurant. The final stop is Havfruen, which has been serving seafood to its guests for more than 30 years.
