Winter Holiday At The Museum
Explore Trondheim’s museums during the winter holiday. At The MiST’s Museums they have plenty of activity for the whole family.
Sverresborg Trøndelag Folk Museum
Date: February 21 to 26
At Sverresborg you get to explore how people lived in the old days, and take part in many fun activities – both in the barn, at workshops, in the kitchen and outside. The regular exhibitions are open all week.

Tuesday – Friday 10 am – 3 pm
Saturday and Sunday 11 am – 3 pm
Trondhjems Sjøfartsmuseum (shipping museum)
Date: February 23 to 25
Trondhjems Sjøfartsmuseum arranges fairytale-reading for children during the winter holidays. The program is included in the ordinary ticket (free for all children under the age of 16 accompanied by an adult). Adventure time starts at 12:00 and 14:00. In addition, you can draw your own sea monster.
Ringve Musikkmuseum (music museum)
Date: February 18 to 24
Join in on exciting musical activities with fun and games for children of all ages! Take a drumming course and try to play the instruments yourself in the Music Garden. Free for children accompanied by a paying adult (NOK 140 / 120).

There are guided tours and activities for the whole family, every day during the winter holidays from February 18-26 at Rockheim. Join the Children’s Hour, ukulele courses and guided tours of the Time Tunnel! You can also explore the museum on your own and visit restaurant Rockheim Panorama and the museum shop!
