All beer served at Trondhjem Mikrobryggeri is brewed on site! If you are lucky, you can see the brewer working around the brew kettles at the back of the brewery. You will find knowledge about brewing and ingredients in the walls, and the microbrewery has played a part in putting brewing on the map in Norway. As of 2017 they are also distilling their own spirits. Stop by to sample their vodka, aquavit or gin.
