Stiftsgården is Trondheim’s official royal residence, built in the period 1774-1778 for the enterprising businesswoman Cecilie Christine Schøller. Every summer, the palace’s grand halls and rooms open to visitors from home and abroad. Together with a skilled guide you can become more familiar with a major work in Norwegian architectural history and the Norwegian monarchy.
